The Online module has its own reporting, and none of it shows up in the regular event statistics. It holds the viewership chart for the livestream, visitor lists across all modules, and Excel exports. From the same place you manage the content the broadcast produced — chat, audience questions, and polls — including the option to delete it. On a virtual or hybrid event this is your main source of numbers on who actually watched.
Open the reporting in the settings of a specific Online module, not in the general event statistics. If you have several modules — one for the main hall and another for a workshop stream, say — each has its own numbers, and the visitor lists are available across modules too.
First be clear about what you need:
How many people watched, and when? → the viewership chart.
Who exactly? → the visitor list.
What happened inside the module? → the chat, question, and poll content.
Do I need it outside Happenee? → the Excel export.
This shows how livestream viewership developed over time. It says the most when you read it against the agenda: a drop in the middle of a talk means something different from a gradual decline at the end of the day. On a hybrid event, read it together with on-site check-in — only together do they show how many people really took part.
Alongside the aggregated chart there are lists of names, and they work across every module on the event. That is useful when you need to know who watched which part of the agenda — for follow-up communication, to confirm attendance, or to work out which topic drew whom.
The Online module collects interactions: chat messages, audience questions, poll results, and mood-meter responses. From the same screen as the reporting, you manage that content — you can browse it, moderate it, and delete it in bulk.
Deleting is useful in two situations: when you reuse the module for another run of the event and do not want the old messages in it, and when you promised the discussion would not be archived afterwards. Treat it as irreversible — a deleted chat cannot be recovered from the reporting.
Module data downloads to Excel. Use it as a supplement to the central exports, not a replacement: taking part in the Online module is not the same as registering or checking in. The event's central exports are described in Working with Orders and exports.
Event statistics and attendee statistics do not include online viewership. When you report on a hybrid event, build the picture from three sources: registrations and attendee statuses, on-site check-in, and Online module reporting. Each answers a different question and none is sufficient alone.
As with the other statistics, there is no public or shareable link. Anyone without admin access cannot see the reporting — the only route out is an export.
Someone who opened the stream for two minutes counts in the chart the same as someone who watched for three hours. That is weak ground for a claim like "the event had 300 attendees". Combine viewership with duration and with interactions (questions, polls), or define up front what "attended" means to you.
The Online module keeps its reporting in the module settings. You will not find it in the event statistics section, and on a hybrid event that leads to the conclusion that nobody watched online.
Bulk deletion of chat and questions is irreversible. If you plan to analyze what people asked about, download the export first and tidy up afterwards.
An Online module can be added to an event more than once, and each has its own numbers. If you split the stream into a main hall and workshops, look at both — otherwise half your audience is missing.
