My Agenda is an engagement feature in the attendee app that shows the attendee a personalized overview of everything they have registered for — workshops, time slots, reservations, and selected keynote sessions. It works as a personal schedule for the event. My Agenda automatically follows from the Agenda content feature — once Agenda is turned on, My Agenda is added as an engagement feature and fills itself based on the attendee's registrations.
My Agenda has no separate configuration — its content is generated automatically from the attendee's registrations in the Agenda.
Display condition: the Agenda content feature must be turned on in the event and the attendee must be signed in to the attendee app.
You only set the visibility (everyone / specific groups only) and the order on the app home screen.
If you do not use the Agenda, My Agenda has no content.
When an attendee registers for a session (Workshop or Time slot), the system automatically adds the session to their My Agenda. When they cancel the registration, the session disappears from My Agenda.
My Agenda contains:
Sessions the attendee is registered for (workshops, time slots) — chronologically.
Talks the attendee marked as important (if that feature is turned on).
Breaks between sessions (if they are in the agenda).
The attendee sees their agenda on the app home screen as the My Agenda tile; clicking it opens the detailed schedule.
In the event admin → Engagement → My Agenda. It is usually added automatically when the Agenda is activated.
If it is missing (an older event, or it was deleted manually), add it with the + Add button → My Agenda under Engagement.
My Agenda has minimal settings:
State — published / hidden.
Visibility — to all attendees, or to selected groups only.
Position on the home screen of the app (drag-and-drop in Attendee app).
My Agenda has no content of its own to fill in — content is generated automatically from the Agenda.
On the app home screen — a tile with a preview of the nearest session (Up next: Workshop: Marketing strategy, 14:00).
After clicking — a detailed schedule with a chronological list:
Start and end time.
Session title.
Place (if assigned).
Speakers (if assigned).
Link to the session detail.
On the session detail the attendee can:
See the full description, speakers, and sponsors.
Unregister (if cancellation is allowed).
Rate (if rating is turned on).
Ask questions (if the Questions engagement is turned on).
If Send ICS to attendee is turned on for the session type or for a specific session, the attendee receives an e-mail with an ICS file at registration. They can import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. My Agenda in the app and the external calendar then run in parallel.
Conference with parallel tracks. The attendee registers for workshops in the agenda; My Agenda shows their personalized schedule (not the full conference program).
Reservations (test drives, social program). The attendee reserves a slot at a car; My Agenda reminds them of the time and place.
Multi-day events. My Agenda splits the schedule by day. The attendee can move between days.
Breaks in the agenda (the Break type) appear in My Agenda as informational items between registered sessions. They help the attendee orient themselves in the day's flow.
Add a custom event (a personal meeting outside Happenee) — My Agenda only shows Happenee sessions.
Export the entire agenda as a single file — export is per session via ICS (when it is turned on).
Share the agenda with others — it is purely personal.
If you do not want to show My Agenda to a particular group (for example, employees with no workshop registrations who would see an empty agenda), set Visibility to selected groups only.
My Agenda is filled only by registrations from the Agenda. If the attendee is not registered for any session yet, it is empty. Check that:
The Agenda is turned on.
The attendee is signed in to the app.
Workshop and Time slot sessions are published and visible.
My Agenda shows current registrations. There is no history of cancelled registrations. If the organizer needs that history, it lives in the session admin (under the Slots tab for a Time slot, or in exports).
Talks do not require registration — the system does not add them to My Agenda automatically. Some events have a Mark as important feature that adds a talk to My Agenda manually. Check the Agenda settings.
My Agenda updates immediately, but the app may need a pull-to-refresh (swipe down) or a restart. On the web, refreshing the page is enough.
When you hide My Agenda, always communicate the reason. For VIPs it is usually better to keep My Agenda — it gives them quick access to the sessions they are registered for.
